This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on [Date] by and between [SteamNShine Power Washing], with its principal place of business at [Address of Business] (hereinafter referred to as "Company"), and [Customer Name], with a mailing address at [Customer Address]
(hereinafter referred to as "Customer").
1) Services. The Company agrees to provide power washing services for the Customer's property located at [Address of Property], as described in the attached estimate. The services shall be provided in a timely and professional manner.

2) Price and Payment. The total price for the services provided under this Agreement shall be as set forth in the attached estimate. Payment shall be made in full in advance of the services. The Company requires immediate payment before the start of services, and the Customer agrees to pay the full amount owed immediately upon receipt of the invoice.
3) Changes. Any changes to the scope of the services to be provided under this Agreement must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
4) Cancellation. If the Customer cancels the services less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, the Company reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the total price of the services.
5) Liability. The Company shall not be liable for any damage to the property, including but not limited to damage caused by the power washing equipment, unless such damage is caused by the Company's gross negligence or willful misconduct. Property includes but is not limited to: any cement, paving, blacktop, wood finished products Included but NOT to driveways, sidewalks, fences, pool decks, awnings and furniture. All concerns of potential damage must be submitted via text to (310) 692-9274 or Email andy@steamnshine.com prior to the beginning of services. Pictures will be taken before and after the job and submitted to the client.
6) Warranty. The Company warrants that the services provided under this Agreement will be performed in a workmanlike manner and in accordance with generally accepted industry standards.
7) Indemnification. The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the services provided under this Agreement, except to the extent such claims, damages, or expenses are caused by the Company's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
8) Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties.
9) Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Company is located.
10) Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Service Agreement as of the date first written above.
